Brief
CCBA needed digital support on the National Consumer Promotion campaign, Kachingching Na Coke
The assignment:
- Enhance awareness of digital of the ongoing campaign
- Offer creative, on-ground activations support for communication on the winners
- Offer real-time consumer engagement through community management while also creating a channel for real-time feedback, especially for any concerns with the campaign mechanics
Approach
- Publishing pre-approved content on our 2 main social media platforms
- Creating localised, catchy and engaging captions for social posts
- Posting weekly winners to promote campaign credibility
- Structured crisis management model for all social media complaints and concerns during the campaign
- Collaboration with the on-ground PR activation team
- Use of paid media on Meta to boost awareness
Results
- Provided digital support for the NCP by publishing a total of 34 posts, 17 videos and 17 still posts on Facebook and Instagram.
- Reached over 2.7 million fans, with over 4.2 million impressions and engaged with over 65,000 fans.from May to September
- Amplification of on-ground activities on social media

KBEA Voting call out 2024
Brief
CCBA needed support from their fans to win in various categories on the KBEA Awards that took place in November 2024
The assignment:
- To create artworks that highlight the various categories they had been nominated
- To increase awareness and lead their fans to the KBEA voting site
- To enhance product awareness
Approach
- Use of highly engaging and informative visuals representing each individual brand/category
- Using IG stories and their profile to share a direct link to the voting site
- Swift and engaging community management strategy that ensured fans were fully informed and engaged
Results
- CCBA Won in 8 categories and were runners-up in 4 categories
- Over 75,000 fans reached on Facebook organically and over 5,600 on Instagram
